I’ve been working on computers for over fifteen years now, since 1995. In that time I’ve installed wired and wireless networks, designed a few websites including this one, installed video surveillance systems, designed book keeping systems for businesses, and built or repaired countless desktop and laptop computers. I’m proficient with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems and continually test new hardware and software to expand my knowledge of information technologies.

It is my belief that the job of a good computer repair company is to not only fix the current computer problem at hand, but also to educate customers in order to avoid future problems and help them to repair their own computers whenever possible.  To this end I have created this site dedicated to articles which will help readers to better understand and operate their computers.  Additionally, I am proud to offer a new concept for the FAQ section of this site.  Visitors can now stop by the FAQ page and submit questions to be answered in the articles section of the site.  Once a week I will select one question from those submitted to me and post a detailed answer on this site.  This will allow you to help define which questions are truly the most Frequently Asked Questions on this site.

Let’s get your computer problems solved.
